Anthony Allmond, retired music director of Kaiser High School, was the inaugural recipient of The Foundation Award, honored by the Stage Red Youth Music Foundation for his decades of leadership in music education. Best known for leading the Kaiser High School marching band in the 2019 Rose Parade, Allmond continues to champion student access to music by raising funds for instruments, embodying the lasting impact of music education.

The Andrew Winfield Richards Foundation was created in 1997 to honor the memory of Drew through the creation of this Foundation. Over the years the Foundation Mission has matured and changed to broaden our philanthropic efforts.
Initially, we funded over 250 $1,000 Awards of Excellence to our area Teachers and Students who exhibited excellence in academics, leadership and citizenship. All awards have always been based on merit and have strived to encourage and reward Excellence at all socia-economic levels.
In January 2016, our founders set out to build a firm focused exclusively on winning high-stakes litigation cases. Former U.S. District Judge Stephen G. Larson and former Ambassador Robert C. O’Brien, who served as the 27th U.S. National Security Advisor, saw a strong future for a litigation boutique composed of accomplished litigators with proven courtroom experience. Regarded among the nation’s top trial lawyers, our founders were poised to launch such a firm and lay the foundation for its success.
